With the new update of Cortado MDM there are important new features in the area of security. From now on, it is possible to log in to the Administration Portal with two-factor authentication. You can find out how to set up two-factor authentication in our help article.
In addition, we now also offer you the option of logging in via a third-party provider, such as Google or Microsoft. You can learn how to set up the third-party login here.
Important! Because of these new features, you now need a Cortado account to log in to the Cortado MDM Administration Portal.
You may already have a Cortado account, which you use to log in to www.cortado.com, among other things. If you already have a Cortado account that matches the e-mail address of your administrator account, you can log back into the portal directly. If you do not have a Cortado account yet, you can simply create the matching Cortado account here. When registering, use the same admin email address that you previously used to log in to the Administration Portal.
After confirming your e-mail address, you can log back into the Administration Portal.
