The users can configure there devices themselves. However, for this they need a password, which they have to generate themselves with the help of the invitation email. Users who were added from the Active Directory or with the help of a .csv file automatically receive a welcome email following the user import. Users who were added using the option Enter single user, can also receive a welcome email, if the checkbox is set for it.
Under Administration→ Users→ Send Invitation email (right arrow in illus.) you can resend the email at any time to a previously selected user (left arrow in illus.).
Notes! In addition to the invitation email, users of private iOS devices (BYOD - Bring Your Own Device) also need a managed Apple ID to configure the MDM profile.
