Login to the administration portal with Microsoft/Google login fails

Problem: When trying to log in to the Cortado administration portal with a Microsoft login, the login fails with the message Unknown e-mail address.

Solution: If you can no longer log in with your Microsoft/Google login, please carry out the following steps:

  • Go to the login page https://id.mycortado.com and log in with your local access data. If you no longer know your password, use the Forgot password? function to create a new password.
  • Once you have successfully logged in, click on Account→Manage Account in the top right-hand corner of the administration portal (arrows in illus.).

  • Then click on External Login (arrow in illus.) at the top left of the account management screen.

  • Remove the login and then add it again.
