Search and filter for devices in the Administration Portal

  • Open the device management under Administration→ Devices.

adding devices

You can filter your devices at the top left (upper arrow in illus.). A distinction is made between Android and iOS/iPadOS devices or managed and unmanaged devices. Unmanaged devices are all devices that have previously been removed from the administration portal, whose work profile has been deleted or which have been reset to factory settings and whose final removal is still pending.

filter your devices

With the help of the search function at the bottom left of the display (lower arrow in illus.) you can search in the listed devices according to a variety of criteria.

As well as simply searching for a certain device type, (e.g. iPod or Nexus) you can also search or filter for a range of different criteria.

  • Do this by entering into the search input field, any of the filter names listed below with it’s following syntax:
filter name:<value>

Note! At this stage, there is only support for entry of one filter with a single value. There is no combined search. Value entries are not case-sensitive.
