• Open the app and log in (see article The Workplace app for iOS devices).

• Open a file by short tapping it.
• Or select multiple files.

• Tap on the button for further options (arrow in illus.) and then on the ZIP button (see section File options at a glance).
• The ZIP file is automatically saved in .zip format to the same folder.

Creating PDF

• Open a file by short tapping it.
• Then tap the button for further options at the bottom and select PDF (see sec­tion File options at a glance).
• The chosen file will be converted and then saved in the selected format, under the same name, in the same folder/directory.
