Problem: You want to add an attachment in the email app but can’t access the Workplace app to do so, because it’s not showing up in your list of available storage locations.
Possible causes
The Workplace app has not yet been enabled in the storage locations of the Files app.
Solution
- Open the Files app and select Locations there.
- Next tap on Edit (arrow in left illus.) and then enable the Workplace app (arrow in middle illus.).
- Now you will find the Workplace app in the list of your storage locations when you want to add an attachment in the email app.
